Second, watering: 200 cc of water per day is too much, that amount should last you 5 days or so, maybe more since you are outdoors and have less light hours than indoors. Third, coco have no nutrients, you need to supply everything, at this stage focus on cal-mag, around 150 to 200 PPM worth of it at this stage. Fourth, pH: your watering solution should be around 5.8 pH (5.5 to 6.0 pH is a good range to be in), wrong pH can be give you a multitude of phantom issues, like weird leaf stops like you are having now, so before spraying anything, be sure your pH is in the correct range.
