Hello ! I agreed with Athos ! When looking at your picture it seems that it is the right time as it seems both of your ladies are pushin the 6th node. ! And acording to me you can put that light closer as 26 watts will make them stretch to catch the light if i is too high ! Hope it will help you 😁👍

If it's an auto, after the 4th node, cutting the 5th. If not, whenever you want; personally I would leave between 5 to 7 nodes

3rd week of flowering, lower branches are snapping off easily. Too late for a harsh defoliation?Plants are in the middle of their 3rd week of flowering schedule, about 3' 8" tall from the stem, top two thirds are doing well, but the bottom branches are breaking off by just being brushed against when watering.
