Big Cat Kush -

The Big Cat Kush has some very thick, small growth near the base (lots of small leaves). Never had this happen before. Is this normal for BC Kush? Should I thin it out?

Hey gardener! It's not normal if you plant a seed and the plant grows like that. On the other hand, you have cuttings, and if they were taken from a compact and bushy plant before going under a light and stretching, maybe it's even super cropping. Good luck, bella ciao!

hey there Dixon Cider, i'm quite sure your light is a touch too close so it's not letting the plants stretch, problem is everything else is so dialed in the plants are actually beasting, start raising you light a few cm every so often and it will start to vegetate nicely again. Hope this helps ! 🚀

Hello.. Hope you are well.. If u plan to grow her out more then yes i wud take away any bottom thin leaves or even any tiny branches from bottom.. This will encourage growth on top area of plant and help air move around her more freely.. Stay safe n gud luck.. 👍🍀

Should I defoliate? Autos from seedling to jungle at week 9.Hi guys! Need some advice, I'm growing 2 Bubba Kush and 2 Blue Dreams all autos from Humboldt.
