These girls are needing to be topped, but since i just put them into the dwc system should i wait untill the roots have reached down into the water? Or is the rootball in the rockwool good enough to go ahead and top them, so they can get on with recovering from the stress?

Hi @Cultus! In this scenario, I would act by priority, and give them a few days to build strong roots. When you top, you can remove as many nodes as you want, it's even better to wait for 1-2 nodes to develop above the topped node, plants will recover faster. If your goal was to top at node 3 [for example], you could do it now and take the risk of a long recovery time, or you can do it in a week, by removing a bigger part of the plant, but with a shorter recovery time and a strong root system. Hope this will help, keep us up-to-date and happy growing šŸ‘Š

Hey cultus, if you're using a non-bio medium its much better to give them the chance to catch their breath after transplanting and do some strategic air pruning first. Think yields and a healthy veg time šŸš€
