Am I doing LST correctly? I've tied it down near the top of the main stem. Should I be tying the smaller stems too, to separate the canopy more?

I snapped the main stem during LST by accidentDo you guys think my plant will recover with the main stem break? Details are in the journal but basically it completely snapped, was hanging by a thread of fibre. I used some allow and ducting tap that came with my exhaust.

LST and ToppingI am starting to feed them nutrients and they are growing faster lately. I am considering starting LST and topping next week. LST when it reaches 4/5 nodes, and topping above the 5th node. Do you have any tips on how to perform this the best way ? Thank you in advance !
