No, your plant needs every leaf it has to make the energy she needs to grow her best flowers.
Maximum amount of healthy green leaves = maximum amount of energy production = maximum results.

Only if you have high humidity in tent or if you feel you're having a lot of work with watering the plant but in both cases less leaves = less energy.
Any other case I wouldn't defoliate at that point.

Only lite defoliation. Only leaves that block light from others. Don't get caught in the rythem of plucking and strip to much off.

Massive leaf defoliation removes the opportunity for photosynthesis and most plant functions decline.
