I hung-dried my buds at 50% humidity for 7 days but I think I had too much air flow and maybe the temperature was too high, they went into 70% filled jars to cure, not seeing any change in humidity inside the jar over 24hrs. I think I've dried them too quickly, still good to go?

Hello ! One week is what I call fast drying but it as an average for me , I let my fan blow on my buds during the whole process ( good airflow like you) . I would use boveda packs like bulbi told you but the 50% one to fit with your RH as the 62% will keep RH at 62% but will note raise it from 50 to 62%. 😁👍

yeah you can recoup it by throwing in some 62% boveda packs in there, will be back up to the right humidity in a few days, and hopefully wont have affected the cure too much. good luck redressing this situation man ! 🚀
