Harvest from top to bottom ok?

Can you harvest from top to bottom? If some of the buds lower need a day or 2 more is it ok to cut off what is done and leave the rest to finish or do you have to do it all at once? Does it affect it negative or positive either way? Input and advice greatly appreciated.

Yes you can take ripe tops and wait for bottoms if you need to. Cheers

2 outdoor: 1 flowering 1 not I have two big outdoor plants, same soil, same environment, same watering and different genetics (but similar). One is flowering well, and the other is only showing preflower with no buds whatsoever. This is an urban area with some small amount of light pollution.

2 out of my first 3 plants I have grown have had rather fluffy/airy buds. Not quite as dense I am hoping for. Is this genetic or something im doing wrong? Maybe Im missing nutrients? lights not strong enough? any ideas?
