How's she looking ? Yesterday I noticed that her leaves were hanging so I first thought about over- or underwatering but then i noticed that some leaves are twisting, like the top is facing the soil so I hang the LED a bit higher. Just wanted to know if she's still stressed.

hi bro, she looks fine and healthy, but no need to raise the light more par will give you bigger and denser buds and the closer the light the more of it u get but be carefull, you can get your plants burned or blitched pretty easy and we dont want that, follow the instructions online that they give for your light and you should be fine, at some stages of the day the leaves will either drop down or pray up it all depends on the day really and how you feed and water all of these factors are important and you should take notice of when your plant likes to be watered. Overwatering starts when your plant starts to look alot more sad then yours my friend happy growing !

Here’s the thing bro, LED lights are not all the same. Some of them use reflectors and that’s where you end up with bleached out bud tops and curling of leafs, if you are using a cob system or even a diode system with no reflector then you’re all good to go as close as you see fit but the issue is especially with autos is that they don’t have a long veg cycle so you want them to stretch towards that light as much as you can without completely sacrificing all of your par value, then when you see pistils you can lower it a bit but with indica plants they don’t like to be hella tall the like to squat and bush out as your seeing with your zkittles. so getting them to stretch a bit before full on bloom is popping is good so I’m the future pull that light up high. All that being said..... there are a many things besides over/under watering that can make your plants look that way. Right now if you check my current grow you will see that one of my fast buds Blackberry is lead curling up but I’m a twisty way, and one of my new invention strain is doing the same and non of the others are. They all get the same so I have to ask myself is this a mutation or are they getting too much heat from the greenhouse heater?? IDK but if you know tell a brotha

I think bloodclaat’s answer is great except for one thing I disagree on. Leaves “praying” to the lights is a sign of stress. It’s the first sign of your light being too close. As far as your leaves turning towards the soil? I would say if it’s not a lot of leaves doing it then it’s probobly just a minor mutation and nothing to worry about. Keep your light as close as your plants can handle. I recommend lowering your light 1” a day until you see signs of stress (praying, leaf edge curl or top leaves yellowing) once you see any of that back your light off one inch. That’s your sweet spot.
