Is "land" = to potted soil or actually in the ground outside?
Never use perlite in outdoor ground, as some your soil(with perlite) will just wash away.
If it is potted, follow Lilau recommendation.

Adjusting Soil pHBiobizz Lightmix is the only soil I could see 6.5 that's why I use it but this time I measure it's 7 my question how come does it happen even though the water it's been getting was no more than 5.8 all the time?
I know my organic ph thing adjusts it only for couple of hours.4y ago

My outflow was nearly 2000
I calibrated my bluelab pen to ensure accuracy.
