What is the best way to sanitize coco/perlite after damping off?

I know damping off affected one of my seeds if not all. what is the best way to sanitize it so i can start over? do i need to rebuff immediately after?

Sprinkle a bit of cinnamon in your planter or just around the plant and water in. They wont dampoff apwith the cinnamon in there. Cheers

DiagnosisAny ideas? This one and one and that I gifted sumbody one is doin basically the same thing. His started 3 weeks ago and mine 2. Dif ferts at both places, dif conditions, he has well water I use declorinated city water. He has fox farm ocean forest soil while I use promix.
