What is the best way to sanitize coco/perlite after damping off?

I know damping off affected one of my seeds if not all. what is the best way to sanitize it so i can start over? do i need to rebuff immediately after?

Sprinkle a bit of cinnamon in your planter or just around the plant and water in. They wont dampoff apwith the cinnamon in there. Cheers

Having a bad 1 today noticed this on 2 plants is it nute burn?. Strugglin 2 understand how, I've only fed them 500ml each,Another thing is these droopy leaves people have said overwatered but I've only fed the 3 days ago that was after a 10 day dry out after potting up to 11L?.
