What is the best way to sanitize coco/perlite after damping off?

I know damping off affected one of my seeds if not all. what is the best way to sanitize it so i can start over? do i need to rebuff immediately after?

Sprinkle a bit of cinnamon in your planter or just around the plant and water in. They wont dampoff apwith the cinnamon in there. Cheers

Weird colors on leaves of buds of second Short RiderI've noticed purple starting from the leaf tips it looks like down the leaf heading towards the stem. Critical Auto 2.0If anyone can help a newbie out I would appreciate any insight. This lady is on day 45 from seed. 3 gal fabric pot in Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil. Light stress??? Just seeing the leaf edges standing up has me abit concerned. Light is running at 25% I did have it on 50% until a few days ago.Is this light stress ?? Plants are standing up, I know that can mean they are happy but I have noticed the edges on some leaves pointing upwards also. With the light running on half power it may have been too strong. Cold night temperaturesWe are heading into some cold overnight temperatures later this week. Low 40's likely, with daytime 55-60. Help getting startedI am germinating some autoflower seeds.
My plan was to put the sprouted seeds into steril soil, in a propagation tray with lights and a dome for humidity, and eventually bring out and transplant.
Or should I skip that step and put sprouted seeds straight into ground?
