How to cool water and air?

To cool water I will freeze water in plastic bottle, then put it in the reservoir. Is it ok? Im worry about damaging/freezing rots.
To cool air I will have to put some ice in the bawl and put it near fan. Any better idea have to cool tent without fresh air access?

Putting your air pump outside of the tent can cool your res. It'll pump cooler air in depending on the temp outside the tent

make ice cubes from ph balanced water and add those to the reservoir, that should do the trick.

Small tent humidity control?I've been reading that the RH during flower should be <50 and ideally 40-45 late. I've got good air circ, and the RH is around 50-55 atm.
