Anyone here who has experience with autoflowering plants? Should I still defoliate her? Or is it already at the beginning of flowering and the stress would be too much?

I would not remove leaves especially now it looks like its going into pre flower. The plant needs leaves for energy. Plus autos take to long to heal.

I would leave all the solar collectors in place. More energy collected means higher yield. When it's in flower you can tuck under leaves that are shading bud sites or trim dead leaves but I would only remove leaves with a really good reason.
