Hola amigos, quiero probar a hacer corte apical y una poda de bajos. La idea es hacer el corte apical 7 días antes de pasar a floración y la poda de bajos después de 3 días de haber pasado a floración. Es justo hacerlo así o debo usar otra táctica? Gracias anticipadamente.

Hola Pedro,
I would recommend a longer time between topping and defoliation. 1 week to recover to me is a bit short, I'd wait about 10 days until she's completely recovered. I would do the lower defoliation and the topping at the same time. In my experiemce it's better to do one big HST training instead of many little.
So in your case, topping defoliation now, wait until she's back in track and change light cycle. I give my ladies one final, big defoliation in week 3 of bloom. Rest of the run i do just minor work on trainings.

Should I remove some of the dense foliage as I start LST, or wait? Other suggestions appreciated!The Durban Poison and Jack 47 are very dense, with tight nodes. I’m beginning LST this week to get more light to more of the branches, but should I prune some of the excess foliage? If so, how do I decide what to remove? Thanks in advance for your help!
