Hola Pedro, I would recommend a longer time between topping and defoliation. 1 week to recover to me is a bit short, I'd wait about 10 days until she's completely recovered. I would do the lower defoliation and the topping at the same time. In my experiemce it's better to do one big HST training instead of many little. So in your case, topping defoliation now, wait until she's back in track and change light cycle. I give my ladies one final, big defoliation in week 3 of bloom.
