I’m not used to defoliation and I wanted to know if I should remove the yellowing leaves from my plant. I read lots of things with different kind of view so I’m at loss. The leaves are nutrient so why remove them?

This plant is behaving differently than my other plants (Northern Lights, and Somango XXL) in that it is stretching for a second time this late into flowering. I can notice it the most in the center colas, but also in the exterior ones. Is this normal? Does it want more light?Week 16
