Hi, If you look and check out my gorilla glue grow, i defoliate then flip the day or so after and its at around 4 weeks, so a good time and your girls are looking healthy. I defoliate before flipping to allow those buds that are not yet top colas, to catch up with the more dominant ones which means bigger yield and better quality of buds come harvest. Then after 2 weeks I'd defoliate again, but not after 3 weeks as the vegetive growth stops considerably and the plants put there focus on making some fat buds. I'd supercrop her as well but at around week 2 of flower as you don't want to do too much and stress her out. By defoliate, I mean get rid of the big fan leaves blocking light through the canopy and anything blocking potential bud sites.
