I too tried autos, but never again, photo period plants are far superior in every way, especially with yields and genetic stability.

Yes photos will give better product overall. And the more you defoliate autos, the slower and smaller they get.

That auto looks weak for hydro. So if it's show off , it's not the best ;) with photos you will have control over veg length, so could form bigger, more productive plant, but looking at size of your buds, are you sure you have good setup for big plants ???

Yesss! Go for photoperiods and don’t look back.. autos are good for some situations but I highly recommend photoperiods over autos

Defoliate?Should I defoliate? As you can see in the pics, only the very top two nodes are growing fans, but it is getting crowded up on the canopy. The growth in the middle is from bottom branches that didn't stretch all the way up to the canopy, might use those for edible extraction.

Defoliate more?Should I defoliate more? side branching is intense and I'm not sure if it will result in larf or actual nug. Trimmed a lot of the weak looking side braching that was not exposed to light. Still looks rather bushy for my liking but I don't want to stunt them or reduce yields.Week 7
