i dont do usually defoliation, because they are useful for many reasons for the plant, but if you want to do to improve airflow, then take carefully only that leaves what prevent airflow around the biggest colas.

I never, ever defoliate. Less leaves = less energy being made = less growth potential. Besides, if your plant would not need those leaves, it would not grow them in the first place. The rationale?...........because humans think they know better than a plant that is at the pinnacle of its evolution.

Hey!!!! The reason for defoliation is to give ventilation to the buds. More ventilation, less humidity, less fungal growth. It can also be done in the pre-flowering stage to generate more light penetration in the lower areas of the plant. Your plants look great, they don't need defoliation!
