No. Just a bract mutation. Most bracts (female balls 1/2) will have a white hair. And as she bud develops so does the hair. And turns orange.
This is just a muto bract. But if you want you can remove it to be safe keep a close eye on her overall though. As if she's prone to mutos she has a higher change of hernies as its less unstable. In most cases though its fine..
But, its good to keep an eyes on the bracts and overall check your bid especially in the wks of pre flower.
