I've recently noticed small black dots, mostly on the lower leaves along with other leaves that have almost glossy or shiny patches. I will add pictures soon. Anyone have thoughts and what could be the cause of this?

Leaves goes down after 15 hours light every day.Autoflowers 20/4.Light 240w LED 50cm from top. 23 days from seed. Ph 6.2-6.5. 4 days ago i did a mistake and overlighted them with 360w for 20 hours. Last 4 days after 15 light(day) hours leaves goes down and plants look bad. Is it possible to fix? 1photo-10h light. 2 - 15h.
