Just from observation alone it appears that you have just 100% coco coir ? If so this is going to prove very difficult to keep an ecosystem going due to no buffer (IE: worm castings, biochar, beneficial bacteria, fungi, cover crop, red wigglers, straw/hay, etc.
Setting your medium/substrate is key to developing a full ecosystem which should be established before you set your plant. I hope this makes sense if not I can elaborate and fill in the fine details.
Otherwise - I would setup my substrate and layer it like a cake so your plant always has a soil-food web established just like the outdoors.
