How I can defoliate/maximize the space of my tent?

Plants grew exponentially for the last weeks and I want the buds to highlight.
According to the pic: what do you reco? Defoliation? Level up the net? Also I have so under colas that reach light difficulty - should I get rid of them?

Your diary indicate you're in the 5th week of flowering… but your plants are clearly not. You shouldn't play with light schedule: when you switch from 18/6 to 12/12, don't go back to a 14/10 the next week and 12/12 the week after.
So, because you're technically not in flowering but stuck in between, I wouldn't recommend defoliation yet.

Definitely needs some defoliation, but when you do it just remove a few fan leaves every 4 to 7 days while assessing the plant's stress levels during each break. The other thing I would suggest is Lollipopping. Lollipopping is the process of removing all the foliage from the lower branches of the plant or even the entire lower branches.

Concern about VPD, stretch, twisting leaves ... or is it OK?This Gorilla Zkittles seems to be stretching awfully much. Also, of more concern, the small leaves are twisting, as if too hot/dry. 78F, light is about 14" up, RH% setpoint 56%, leaf temps seems to max out at 76.5F. Should I worry? Or what? Thanks!
