Hi everyone,
I’m not used to defoliation and I wanted to know if I should remove the yellowing leaves from my plant. I read lots of things with different kind of view so I’m at loss. The leaves are nutrient so why remove them?

Sometimes removing a dying leaf will improve the micro environment where the leaf was. It is not a big stress on the plant to remove it, and may create some benefits. Improve light penetration, air flow etc. :)
I suspect Nitrogen deficiency may be at play here.

They should be removed your plant is going to wast energy trying to keep them alive.

Should I do a pre harvest defoliation a week before harvest?What are the benefits and consequences of defoliating a week before harvest? Is it good or bad? I have tons of foliage up top and need it to go away. It's too late in flower, but a week before will open up the canopy to the lower bud sites. Any and all help is welcome. Thanks!

How much lower foliage should I remove?How much if any foliage or stray branches should I remove from the bottom of this plant? She's super healthy so I don't think it will be an issue with stress, but I don't want any undue stress. Should I just leave it? I'd like to avoid popcorn buds all together.

Hi, It's my first grow and I need advice again. I have a small Orion F1 auto, she's flowering for 24 days (47 days old). I have these buds under scrog that don't get enough light and don't seem to grow fast enough. Do I remove them? Will it help or stun my plant at this stage? TY

How do I drop my RH down when nothing works? Check Diary. Will defoliation be a good idea? Open tent door and leave it open?My 2x2 is starting to crowd. This is driving the RH to over 70%. I've read to veg until your height is 1/2 to 1/3 the final height supported by the setup. I seem to have plenty of room still. How much do I trim under the canopy?

Mainline/Manifold: Trimming fan leaves after done with topping.Finishing up the topping portion of mainlining. P2 to be Nebula-Haze style and P3 to be Nugbuckets style. I'll be trimming growth tips other than from the 8 cola sites on each. Still keep un-shaded fan leaves below those levels? A lot online shows all lower fan leaves trimmed

Should I defoliate during flowering outdoors?(Autoflower) Should I defoliate? I made the rookie mistake of doing NO defoliating or lst during vegging, cuz they were skinny then. Did minor defol during flowering.It’s in full flower with 2-3 weeks left and we have about 7 straight days of rain. Worried about wpm and bud rot.
