Your girl has really long stems and they look pretty bendable in your video. The long spacing between your nodes tells me that girl is wanting more light. If you are running sufficient wattage then I would move the light a few inches closer to try to limit that stretch. As far as your question on defoliation, I don't think it needs much. Just try to keep her spread out the way you are doing and get her the wattage she wants. It will definitely help your harvest weight and quality. Good luck!

I wouldn't defoliate any more. She is fine and needs the leafs to do her job. Taking more leafs of will risk slowing down overall growth.

I think you should leave as much foliage as possible.. If it's blocking a bud site maybe.. But don't just trim leaves because they all low. Keep them.. The plant can use them for a buffer and they will absorb light, if they don't your plant will abandon them as flower progresses.

@JERgarden Hello mate I watched the video and I think you should remove the leaves down at the bottom of the plant. The ones that you pan in on
down around the main stem. Just the leaves No branches and other than those few leaves I think you should leave the rest Good luck š
