You wanna know the approx yield ? So with a hps I would have say 0.5 to 0.8 g per watts so approx 500 to 800g and with if you'r using led you reach a gram per watts so a Kilo or even more . Generally a beginner can achieve aprox 0.5 gr per watts without any issues

From planting, I would use cuttings to plant 9 in that space, one to two weeks of vegetative stage and then flowering immediately. For that light with a cool tube, I recommend buying aluminum ducts to move all that hot air emitted by the light and vent it out of the indoor space.
