specs look okay, but better do due diligence on the "Sanan" diodes. If you can find the spec sheets of the diode manufacturer, you can esnure it has proper longevity.
Doesn't look like they are lyin about efficacy, but efficacy day 1 is not necessarily a good indicator of efficacy after 10,000 hours of use. A good diode will go 50,000 hours if not overpowered and still have 90% of original brightness. this is the standard you want to compare. find a longevity curve. if there isn't one, that's a really bad sign and they are likely hiding from it, lol.
light is light.. if it's a proper spectrum fro growing, it will mostly be about DLI provided more so than brand. So, if the longevity is comparable, it's going to be a fine light. You pay for efficacy. efficacy = quality.
