too much genetic variet to say.. you shoudl be fine filling your tent, though.
When it has filled up roughly 1/2 the area, it's probably a good time to flip to flower. Some plants double, some can triple i size. Your methods and such will impact that too.
Figure you have at least 4 weeks of strong vege growth after you change light schedule to 12/12. it really is no different from autoflowers as far as expected growth and timeline. The difference is you know exactly when you put it into flower where an autoflower youonly can guess retroactively... maybe 7 days before you see nubs of preflowers, for example.... it's a guess.
An over-crowded canopy will exaggerate stretch too. competition for light will cause lanky, extra tall results.
Start using scrog... train plant out horizontally until it covers roughly half the area, and then let it grow vertically... flip to flower at same point... you'll never run out of vertical space that way. Stupid-simple to keep the canopy level from that point, too. I waited 2-3 years before i started using a scrog and regretted not using it sooner. If you know you have a 'super-stretcher' you can train it a bit longer after flip to mitigate the extra height. Tough to know such things if growing from seed.
