Scrog without LST

you need the training the "even" .. a christmastree cant be scrogt =D

Number 1: I am aware SCROG is a form of low stress training. Number 2: I am growing Autoflowers. Number 3: I see people using LST in the form of tie down to open the canopy up with autoflowers before scrogging because obviously you cant top an auto without scaring it half to death. Number 4: Why do you have to LST before scrog? And can you just grow to the scrog without LST? what would be the difference. Number 5: Experienced answers please!! Number 6: Thanks in advance 😂

I never use lst when I’m growing in a scrog.i just top at the third node and from there I just let her grow a few weeks and then I super crop them to the height of my scrog I only use lst on auto’s Because I belief you get bigger stems when your plant isn’t fix with lst..due to the wiggling in the wind your stems get stronger and bigger But that’s only my opinion,best way to find out is to experiment with it Happy growing and stay safe ✌️

Don't understand the question... Lst is low stress training. Scrog is a form of Low stress training. Any type of plant training that doesn't involve damage or stress is called low stress training or LST. So you can not scrog with LST because SCROG is LST.
