VEGETATION WEEK 3 (Oct 15-21)
------------------------------------------------------
________
Oct 15
No water
_______________
Oct 16 (0.5-1L)
• 1.5 EC / 5.8 pH
• 4" pots bone dry
• 1 gallon bags are light, but not dry after 4 days
• Transplanted last 3 plants to 1 gallon bags
____________
Oct 17 (1L)
Mix: 4ml CaMg, 4 ml A, 4ml B, 4ml B52, 5ml PB Tea : 4L water
= 1.6 EC (+750ml = 1.5 EC/6.0 pH)
10P6 IN: 1.5 EC/6.0 pH (19c)
OUT: 1.9 EC/5.4 pH (19c) ✅
10P7 IN: 1.5 EC/6.0 pH (19c)
OUT: 1.6 EC/5.5 pH (18c) ✅
BD4 IN: 1.5 EC/6.0 pH (19c)
OUT: 1.7 EC/5.4 pH (19c) ✅
Runoffs looking good so far. No signs of yellow tips so we push on. I want to be around 1.7 EC by the end of the week. Should easily get to 2.0 EC by week 5 at this rate. pH looks a bit low so the next watering will be a heavy one. I'll likely put at least 2L through each 1 gallon bag to boost the pH back into the 5.8 range.
I'll be happy to switch my focus back to these when I chop everything in the bloom room. Need to do a deep clean of the veg room and move my hygrometer in to monitor the VPD.

Oct 19 (1.5L)
Mix: 10ml CaMg, 6ml A, 6ml B, 6ml B52, 10ml PB Tea : 8L
= 1.6 EC / 6.0 pH
10P6 IN: 1.6 EC/6.0 pH (20c)
OUT: 1.7 EC/5.5 pH (18c) ✅
10P7 IN: 1.6 EC/6.0 pH (20c)
OUT: 1.7 EC/5.5 pH (18c) ✅
BD4 IN: 1.6 EC/6.0 pH (20c)
OUT: 1.7 EC/5.5 pH (19c) ✅
• Topped both 10ths
Didn't get the pH boost I thought I would, but they're all the same, and they all look great. 2/3 were ready for topping (4th node) but the BD4 has the tightest nodes...can't get scissors in there yet. May just leave that one or try HST when she gets taller idk.

BD5 IN: 1.6 EC/5.9 pH (21c)
OUT: 1.7 EC/5.3 pH (20c)
KT4 IN: 1.6 EC/5.9 pH (21c)
OUT: 1.8 EC/5.3 pH (19c)
KT5 IN: 1.6 EC/5.9 pH (21c)
OUT: 1.9 EC/5.3 pH (20c)
🌡️- 26.9c ✅
❄️ - 22.1c ✅
🌧️ - 55% 🆗
☁️ - 46% ❌⬆️
More of the same with the first round of topped plants. Runoff pH is under 5.5 (5.3) so for the next fertigation I'll raise the pH to 6.5 and drench them. Might be the beginning of over fertilizing, usually I see plummetting pH when the plants aren't feeding. I'll use a Silica and CaMg solution, as they both absorb at +6.0 pH.

You planted awesome genetics for real!!
GHSC and Ethos are the bests seedbanks

@gottagrowsometime, Thank you man. I had a great pheno out of 3 KTs last round...sadly didn't take any cuts. I don't think I got it this time because the keeper grew taller than these. Been running Ethos mostly for the last few grows and they've been impressive. Highly recommend
See the game last night, kicked some Boston butt all over the ice😀. Good goal tending and some hungry players, go # 13, GO JETS GO!!!! Going all the way this year!!!! UNSTOPPABLE!!
Plants look great 👌, should have some good herb in a few weeks. Finally got two coats of paint in the basement, suspended ceiling goes up next, then flooring and I'll be able to set-up my tent. Had to make a trip to the pot store, first time in a long time that I had to buy some herb, it's not the same, not even close 😑... GOTTA GROW!!!!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your family.
@Louder, Variety is the spice of life they say, so we'll mix it up a bit and see what happens, Lambs breath and Orange cake for sure, we'll see about the others when the time comes. Can't Wait!!
@Louder, Wheeler must be wondering WTF happened to this team😵, someone lit their JETS!! Let's hope they can keep it up..
Ordered a bunch of auto's from the Crop King, started my first grow with the King so I thought I'd try agin, plus they had a two for one sale so I loaded up. I have some Lamb's Breath, close to being my favourite and some new strains, Acapulco Gold, Hippie Crippler, Orange cake and I got a freebie package of 5 seeds, Kryptonite auto from Rocket seeds. There all sativa dominant strains except the Orange cake which is an Indica dominant strain that's supposed to grow big, sugar coated buds with a very citrus flavour and smell, so we'll see. I should be posting soon, just have to figure out which ones I grow first, TOUGH CHOICE😏, Lamb's Breath for sure!!
Smok'em if you got'em!!
@FrontRowAG_BrianG, should be a sight to see come January. Predicting a ton of purple. I've got pics of all of them in past diaries if you literally can't wait 😆
@RoidBlaze, I know it looks alarming, and that could be part of it, but the other 5/6 plants are thriving. It's just the one King's Tart and they all get the same treatment.
She's the closest to the fresh air intake (which is cold) and the oscillating fan so maybe it's that.
I'm going to flush anyway but I've had runoffs that error out the meter before with no hermies.
