VEGETATION WEEK 4 (Oct 22-28) ----------------------------------------------------- ____________ Oct 22 (2L) Mix: 10ml Silica, 18ml CaMg, 6ml B52: 12L water = 1.0 EC 10P6 IN: 1.0 EC/6.2 pH (19c) OUT: 1.3 EC/5.6 pH (18c) ✅ 10P7 IN: 1.0 EC/6.2 pH (19c) OUT: 1.4 EC/5.5 pH (18c) ✅ BD4 IN: 1.0 EC/6.2 pH (19c) OUT: 1.3 EC/5.6 pH (18c) ✅ BD5 IN: 1.0 EC/6.2 pH (19c) OUT: 1.5 EC/5.4 pH (17c) 🆗 (pH up) KT4 IN: 1.0 EC/6.2 pH (19c) OUT: 1.5 EC/5.6 pH (18c) ✅ KT5 IN: 1.0 EC/6.2 pH (19c) OUT: 1.2 EC/5.6 pH (17c) ✅ BD4 finally got topped (4th node). The node spacing on this one is incredibly tight. 3 plants topped to the 3rd, other 3 to the 4th. Will be able to start LST this week once the branches start growing up. My plan is to take the lowest branches off when they reach 5 nodes and get them rooted. I know I want to keep a King's Tart and a 10th Planet around for sure. I'll take cuttings of both Banana Daddys in case they're something special. _________ Oct 23 • No water _________ Oct 24 • No water _____________ Oct 25 (2L) Mix: 18ml CaMg, 16ml A, 16ml B, 12ml B52, 20ml PB Tea: 16L water = 1.7 EC / 6.2 pH All but two pots were bone dry after 2 days. After the last watering at a lower EC, they were ready for a big feeding. ________ Oct 26 • No water _________ Oct 27 • Watered 10P6/BD4 (2L @ 1.7 EC / 6.1 pH) • Wash bags • Prep and start buffering coco • Let remaining pots dry out completely before watering Spotted a few fungus gnats. Awesome. I guess the summer-like weather we're having here brought them back from hell. Should be easier to manage in the 1 gallon containers. Once they dry out all the way I'll douse them in H202 and put out some sticky traps. So tired of seeing these assholes. _________ Oct 28 Put about a litre of H202/Water into the KTs and 10P6. Will get the other 3 tomorrow when they're dry. 500ml H202 : 2L water @ 6.2 pH
