Hello.. Hope you are well.. Ur best bet its too wash roots out in plain water at ph6.. Get a bucket and place roots into it.. Make sure ur water wash temp is equivalent to ur res temp and gently place in water and use a jug to gentle pour clean water n get all crap off roots.. It shud mostly come away as its just a big build up of coagulated nutes that have bonded.. Keep ur res tank cleaner with this same method throughout ur growing in hydroponics set ups.. Stay safe n gud luck.. 👍🍀

Hi mate its 100 % root rot, happened to me many times. If you live in a hot climate country dwc is a problem. I live in a country with high temps and always no matter what I did these months that was the result, you need a cooler. If heat is not the case then you dont have enough oxygen in the water. What you can do. In my experience there are not many things to be done here. H2O2 wont do shit, the best option is cut the infected roots and start a soilless system with piranha, tarantula voodo juice or similar stuff. I always used Advanced Nutrients. Hope was helpfull.

Glad to report that they are NOT slimy. Should I dilute nutrients? About 420ppm and 3week old plant. Leaves are light green in color.

Doesn't look good, bud. Is it slimy? If not it is just nutrients staining them. Slimy would be bad and verifiy with more certainty. hydrogen peroxide? chlorine? i don't run dwc or have a tank, so i can't help beyond that. If not slimy, ignore it.
