Hi! It looks like the flowering is still in early phases so if you feel öike you can still defoliate. But from what I understand it is not that important in outdoors cos sunlight penetrates leafs easily but artificial Light does not

Should I defoliate or remove the small buds on the outside and inside? Do you have any tips or suggestions that I could implement?
Hey everyone. This is my very first grow. It's a RQS Green Gelato Auto, 56 days old, hydroponic (RTW), 19 hours light under AC Infinity EVO3 280W at about 24/25 degrees, growing still 2cm a day and she drinks 4l nutrient solution in 24 hours I have been defoliating since week 3

Auto defoliation during flowering?
My autos are 40-44" tall from top of soil...they seem massive or maybe this is normal. Question is, is defoliation acceptable throughout flowering for large fan leaves? All my pics are post defoliation not pre. Thoughts? Thx in advance!

Defoliated 2 fan leaves - pre flowering! :(
I've just removed 2 big fan leaves that were potential light blockers. I've just read that defoliating when flowering can stress the plant and reduce yield. The first pistels have appeared in the last few days and I only removed two leaves. Is it likely I've ruined it?

Should I cut the first leaves to maximize the grow
Hello everyone A friend told my that I should cut the first leaves of my plants (the first that came out from the plants, not the cotyledons) What do you think about this idea ? And can this really maximize the size of the future buds ? Thank you for your responses ! :)

Is it normal to have different flowering times on occasion within the same strain? I believe yes as I have one that just grew one tall branch. So it focused on flowering sooner as it expended less energy on vegetation. She will be ready to harvest 3-4 weeks sooner than her sis.

Light defoliation?
Should I defoliate to open her up a lil bit? She is pretty bushy and some of the lower bud sites r not getting light. If I did I would do it very lightly, jus looking for advice and input plzz. Would it do more harm then good? I've read mixed opinions.

How do you flush exactly in DWC? Do you just change out the reservoir with ph adjusted water? Or do you just lower the ppms(my starting water is 130-170)? Is there any flushing agents that actually work?

Concerning pH - I have seen a chart which shows how fluxuating your pH between 5.8 and 6.8 is helpful in releasing different nutrients. I have also seen most sites say that you should keep it as constant as possible say keep it @ 6. Does anyone have an opinion based on experience
