Hey!
After reading what the clogged water looked like.. are your nutrients viable for tubes?
For example my nutrients are dark brown and stain anything they touch with brown, my roots are always a bit brown because of that and my plants are nice and healthy so it could easily be what LaBossanova said.. My nutients arent ment for tubes because theyre algae-based and the clog up the tubes.
Maybe this happened and there wasnt enough circulation or they simply got colored. If the roots are brown but your plants are healthy then you don't have any roots problems. Hope this helped.

the roots were white! and then came the 3rd week of VEGA and I decided to completely change the solution and for the first time added Sensizym and Rhino Skin to the solution and that's what happened next! -I have a system with a control pot solution circulates all the time! so after changing the solution, all the tubes and droppers were clogged with some kind of mucus and the roots were painted so brown!

guys well everyone here is divided into two camps those who say that the roots are bad and this is root rot! And others who say it's just that stimulants have colored the roots!

Hi there, i checked your diary and the plant looks fine. Basically sometimes NPK or something else will be a brown liquid that can stain your roots. Sometimes it's bad sometimes it's nothing, i guess for you it's not a problem. Sensizym can sometimes clean the roots, but it's not a big issue until you see that the plant is reacting in a bad way. Hey!
Those roots are in bad shape, they should be white as you mentioned there were.
When roots become brown thats means they're sick or dying..
I don't know actually what could be the cause but if you said this happened when you changed the solution.
My guess is that she didn't except the solution so well, maybe too much or too harsh or a change.
I'd try and clean those roots, change the water. Make sure the PH is correctly and go back to your old solution or try this one but less amounts.

Roots getting brownMy Ph probe didn't work, PH was at least more than 0.30 (maybe 0.60) than displayed. As a result they had multiple chlorosis, now septoria leaf spots and possible Pythium since the roots are getting brown. What would you do to save the crop ? Adding mycorrhizae? Thx!
