Hello.. Hope you are well.. I think wots happened is ur nutes av just built up around the root system.. Seems a bit like alot of juice for small plants atm.. Maybe try dropping ur ph to bout 6.0 if possible.. Over nxt frw days she shud carry on developing roots n growth so u'll know cuz she'll slow down growing.. I dont think its root rot tbh.. Give her a few days.. If ur resivour isn't above 20°c she shud b fine n u wudnt need a chiller.. Stay safe n gud luck.. 👍🍀

If the discoloration is accompanied with limpness, slime, and odor, you may have the start of some sort of infection. If the roots are just discolored, it may just be nutrient staining. Looks like you built a beautiful system and if rot does creep in and become an issue, You can convert your dwc setup to a beto/dutch bucket hydro system. You greatly reduce your chances of infection by growing in perlite as your roots will be suspended in an oxygen rich environment and the bad bacteria can not live in an O2 rich environment. It may be as simple as adding perlite to your buckets, incorporating a top feed, and you will have to raise up the buckets a little to allow gravity to return the water to your res. If your using organic nutes for hydro, even if they claim hydro compatible, you can have issues. Just about every grow on here I see using organic hydro nutes goes south and quickly. Keep it simple, pick up some maxibloom. It's a dry and complete fertilizer and will be vastly more cost effective than anything else. I kg is around $15 usd and you only use 4 to 6 g per gallon. They also have a 10kg for about $90 usd.

hey there, since you're using bio juice it will color the roots, it's fine actually. try pruning the roots a bit, just clip some small tips off with a scissor , it will stimulate growth actually ! hope this helps ! 🚀

Are you using organic nutrients in DWC? if you are.. Your gonna have this problems your entire grow.. Organics and Hydroponics do not mix very well at all.

Hey Bro :-) Your plant from above looks great 😍👍. The first root pictures are perfectly white :-). I would continue to observe the brown areas and add a little more enzyme if necessary, which will help to remove old root tissue. But I would not think so now, it can look quite different in a few days, and your plant itself looks great 👍. If it doesn't get better, I would mix the complete nutrient solution again. your temperature of 19 degrees is perfect. Your water is also perfectly protected from light. I can ask which cooler you have ;-) Have fun while growing 👌🌱👍
