Do my plants look good to flip to flower in 1 week? Should I do anything else before flipping like more LST or defoliation? Any insight is helpful, thank you.

She's looking great! Well done! There are a couple of things I would suggest: 1) a little more clean up around the main stalk. I'd remove the little stuff from the branches, the stuff that is near the main stalk. Those tiny branches that would yield only popcorn. 2) Remove the strings. I see several places where the plant is growing around the tie. When you start to flower. She will have a big growth spurt. You'll want that growth to go towards the flowers, not the branches or stalk. In my experience, if you leave her tied down, during the flower stage. She will spend more energy on the branches and stalk, rather than the flower. My diary has a good comparison to show what I am talking about. The Cheese was untied, and has grown large flowers. The White Widow Max was left tied down during the flower stage, and grew a very large stalk. While having only small flowers. So again, I'd say cut her loose for the flower stage. Otherwise - you've done very well !!!

hi-i had this strain-wrote you privately- from how it looks right now and your room you can go longer a week or two more.. this one stretches very little,it stays bushy and short but your lady look ready and mature, stems are bulbous and big and considering your pot size i would introduce 12-12 right away best of luck

Hi @bildo! You need to put the net a few days before flipping into flowering stage, this way the stems will create more nodes and you'll have a flat canopy. Too many scrogers are doing it wrong, if the plant is not fully clipped to the scrog net horizontally then it's not scrog but only stem support. Otherwise, great job on the training! Happy growing 👊

Your plants are looking good and well trained. That said I would defoliate a bit more to help more bud site to get direct lightning but I would also flip to flowering one week after ( one week for the recovery ) because at that stage the shape is already nice and the girls will stretch at least twice they actual height so your grow space will quickly be full 😊👍
