LED lights for veg-Viparspectra xs1000I have the viparspectra xs1000 light. I turned up to 50% intensity and plant is about 30cm from canopy. Is that right for early vegetation stage?It looks healthy to me but could be wrong. Was going to turn up to 75% later, then 100% for flower. Do I need to move closer the light?

what is correct light schedule for indoor germination and seedling, and then transplant outdoors?I plan to grow a photoperiod plant outdoors from spring to fall, but the germination and seedling stages will be done indoors. Cycle 18/6 or 12/12I dont know yet if do a 18/6 of floration or 12/12.
The my idea is to do 8 weeks no more. I dont have time.. then maybe is better keep the 18/6 of cycle and change just the led in lamp led floration?
The first plant has been moved in the soil the 25/2 with 6mm of root
