Mold or Salt build up on Fabric Grow Bags???

I have been using fabric grow bags on this grow and have accumulated some white dots on them i think its a salt build up but it could be mold, any suggestions?

Slow growth / not spreading out much / compact plant. What gives ? Should I attempt to defoliate to get more light in there / pump more nutes ?Any advice on making it grow faster ? Leaves point down/slow growth/ maybe rootbound or root rot? Did I fuck up transplanting too soon?I'm on the 3 week of the grow. The leaves started pointing down and they are growing very slowly. Since I have seen the roots on the bottom of the vase early on I thought the problem was rootbound so I transplanted them. But they are very small. Did I do wrong? Signs of root rot?2y ago

water draining too fast - slow growthAlthough I spray water around the stem slowly, the water drainage was too fast, just spraying 20-30 ml of water and it drained right away in 2L (half a gal) pots - watered 100-150ml
Do you think there could be a problem with the roots or soil structure? She is growing so slowWeek 3

I grew in coconuts,for a week now the plants have been drinking only clean water.why don't the plants turn yellow?i don't want to smoke nutrientbefore I started rinsing, I gave them a nutrient called canna flush,now growing for the first time in coconut

Roots sticking out in 3 gallon is this normal 2 weeks after transplant?I grow in a 3 gallon and the roots are sticking out beneath but the plant has not substantially grown and she only got transplanted 2 weeks ago to this pot.
