Hi @Johnny5alive! Go ahead and put the light on! Just make sure you don't burn your seedlings, use the universal "hand test" to ensure your apical summits are not burning / your light is far enough. Hope this will help, happy growing :facepunch:

Generally speaking you are safe after 2 weeks of life so you can add almost any kind of light. In your case like KtautFabrik told you , you can put the light higher. But wait , if your led is correctly cool down then you can go closer , just check that the medium is not drying quicker :blush::+1:

Your can already use your light, but start with a bit more distance. If she starts to stretch you are to far and need to go closer.
If you can use a light with less power, i would recommend to use it for the first 2 or 3 weeks.
