Roots coming out of the bottom of the airpot

Roots coming out of a 3 weeks old plant in a airpot the airpot is a 18litre and the seed is a glueberry auto saw a bit of water in the undertray lifted up the airpot to see alot of rooting coming out of it and sitting inside a puddle of water is this normal

Air pruning! Yes its a good idea to empty the standing water in the tray. If the roots find that water they will no long "air prune"

hey Shadow. Although it is normal, it's probably not the best if they sit in the puddle. It's actually not a problem beyond that, because the air itself will "prune" the roots that are exposed, and that's actually pretty good for the plant. Hope this helps ! 🚀
