If you noticed the leaves have gotten greener it could be a nitrogen toxicity. I just had a similar problem while watering with a bat guano compost tea. To resolve it I allowed the soil to dry and flushed it with 6.0 ph water. I think it might be that the bomb genetics in the plant are nitrogen sensitive.

Id say either overwatering, or to much nutes, or nutrient lockout, thats if temperature and humidity is in range. have you been soaking the pots? and regularly? have you been giving NPK nutes each feed, and in what doses? Can only offer my view mate, try to follow your steps back to figure it out. Good Luck!

I have no idea the watts on this light but I waited 6 days to water and only watered with 1 liter of water so I'm not sure what the issue is

It usually means too much Nitrogen. You’re getting just some few claws, just cut the pH perfect Grow and stick only with the Bloom. Lift your pots to know if they need water, a heavy pot means it’s still plenty of water. From the structure of your plant, your light might be a way too far from the plant.

I think there is a special relationship between light intensity and Nitrogen usage of a plant. From what I observed so far, if plant is able to absorb and use more N during stretch, you'll notice your plants filling in with more bud sites. When light intensity is quite low, plant will stretch a lot instead of preparing strong bud sites for flowering.I think N stored in leaves can't be used at the moment because of low light intensity. It seems too late for it but keep the same light closer to your plant or upgrade it for a better grow experience. Low light intensity always ends up in weak stems and nutrient efficacy problems.

Leaves curling down is overwatering usually. Let the earth dry out between watering. Also your growth seems stunted, to little foliage and too much stretching. So for a first/second growths your still doing fine and keep at it. Either your lamp is too high, too old, cant be too little wattage... or you were giving less light than 18 hrs a day. Or too heavy defoliating if you did that yourself. The plants will go strecht for more light since it thinks its darker.
