"U" shaped tail did not come-up

I germinated 4 seeds. 3 have tails and 1 cracked but no tail. The 1 with the "U" shaped tail I planted with the tail aiming down. 14 days into grow the one with "U" shaped tail did not come-up. I have checked the dirt and germination area, can't find seed. Cause unknown.

Possibly rotting due to being kept too damp for too long before being planted.
Next time, plant as soon as the root pops out.

U shaped tap root seeds tend to be already showing genetic defects.
They can sprout out of the soil but it’s probably going to be a runt of the litter so to say. You can expect slower than normal growth with a plant that had a U shaped tap root.

Mykorrhiza ohne umtopfen?ich benutze BioTabs Mycotrex und habe deswegen meine Autoflower zu erst im kleinen Topf gesetzt, um sie dann beim Umtopfen in den finalen Behälter mit diesen Pilzen zu impfen. Hierzu werden 5g des Pulvers mit in das Pflanzloch gegeben. Gibt es für Autoflower eine bessere Methode?

Blätter gucken aus Samen ohne Stamm?Ich habe 3 Purple Punch Samen gekauft. Eine hat eine es nicht geschafft nach 9 Tagen die Wurzeln aus dem Samen hinaus wachsen zu lassen. Can root damage cause this?The little f*cker has a major damage to his taproot since germination phase. I accidently broke the tip of it. But she was very strong. Fought for her life and won the battle. Now she is 12 days old and shows this. Is this caused by the root damage or from other circumstances?

Leaves point down/slow growth/ maybe rootbound or root rot? Did I fuck up transplanting too soon?I'm on the 3 week of the grow. The leaves started pointing down and they are growing very slowly. Since I have seen the roots on the bottom of the vase early on I thought the problem was rootbound so I transplanted them. But they are very small. Did I do wrong? Signs of root rot?

Help with root containment - How would you solve or battle this?The roots grow through the net bucket and a mesh net I use for containment. Micron size too big, roots grew through. The mesh bag was a 2nd attempt at root containment. 3rd attempt will be very fine micron mesh screen. What could be a good way to deal with this?
