It looks like your temperatures are really high. I would suggest bringing them down to 75°F. You can do this by increasing your extraction fan speed or by adding a/c to your grow room. At 89°F it will cause many problems. You may also want to transplant to a slightly larger pot as in the upcoming weeks your plant will outgrow it and become rootbound. Hope this helps and good luck!

First, your pictures show no problem. Second, we are missing very important information here, how much water and how often are you watering. At this stage, the plant is very thirsty and the 1/4 gallon pot is not able to hold enough water for even 1 day, if you want to keep them in the 1/4 gallon pot, you will need to water twice a day. Up potting is your best bet, 1 gallon would be the minimum, 2 or 3 would be better.
