i would say you made the fatal mistake of overwatering! its true you have to keep them somewhat moist but the roots also need oxygen to breathe and they can't do that, if everything surrounded by roots is wet, they will drown and rot. we all made this mistake at least once so dw, that happened but im truly sorry, i know it can be heartbreaking. seedlings need not a lot of water just high humidity. get yourself a new bean and start again and this time maybe just water with 2-4 bottlecaps of water carefully so the soil got some water and the roots can stretch out searching for more water. i would reccomend a Youtube video on watering, this should help the most! keep on trying!

Oh I didn’t even notice, like organoman said - you 100% need that seed buried somewhat

Well to cover it started in a small pot to get the roots and such started as it grew i was going to add more soil and once that small pot was too small i was going to transplant it over into a bigger pot i have ready. Also I realize I forgot to bring this up this is an auto flowering plant, its plan is for the window sill so there is only going to be so much pot room but given its a 10 week (est) strain i didnt suspect my bigger pot would be to small I'll read into how to prepare better soil and Organoman this was a method i was told to do this maybe i misunderstood the instructions a bit but this was generally how my friend who has many successful grows went about it. I will make sure to do better research. Thank you everyone for your advice and keep it coming if you have thoughts, im really new to this so directions to good video's or guides would be great and again thank you for the support

You need a base so the roots can dig down and make a foundation. There's no foundation on that. Hence the falling over. Idk are you pointing to a brown stem. You'll know if its damping off. As it'll be 100% limp at the point where it bends and won't be able to stand by itself vertical. I just think you've no foundation

Firstly, the seeds need to be buried about a quarter inch deep into the soil to begin with. Secondly, your pots need to be full of soil, not three quarters empty. It is probably dying because it wasn't buried.

It’s just not a good starter mix at all.. and I wouldn’t run it at all honestly but I get there’s certain limitations for some ppl.. And those numbers can be deceiving as far as NPK because if it’s immediately available it can send the EC of your medium thru the roof

Ill keep that in mind its not like true 20-20-20 though the potting soil is 0.18-0.10-0.10 So I'm wondering if its as hot as your thinking? If yall think so i can maybe mix it with other potting soil to help even out the nutrient content.

Miracle grow is usually quite “hot” soil meaning a shit load of nutrients.. also looks maybe like it needs water, and it’s deep in the container like it’s not getting good light possibly?
