Beautiful plant.
If your wanting to lightly defoliate, I would take every fan leaf that points inward as it will shadow bud sites. This shadowing increases humidity and lack of light makes those lower site turn into short shoots growing inward and upward and then become their own branch instead of staying on the main cola. Problem is that if you flip without defoliation, that branch will be weak and produce larfy buds vs if it had formed on the main.
Some people who grow trees will say don't trim a thing as leaves are the solar panels..yes and no but not going to get into that atm...but the trees branches will weigh down with bud, spread out, reducing humidity and allow the light in..short plants will not unless for some environmental reason they stretch out..but that's a problem in itself.
Also, take every fan leaf that covers a bud site..
Unless using the schwazzing technique,
I personally would veg another 3-6 days after the light defoliation and flip. Check out my journal and see what 6 extra days can do.
If you have access, I'd suggest watch kyle kushman, in a short video on defoliation. It's a safe proven method of selecting what to trim and knowing when to stop.
Check out my journal if you would consider the schwazzing technique. Looks like you have quite a few solid grows under your belt, so I'm you could handle it. Happy growing
