I am also a first time grower, was wondering when is the best time to start defoliation? I heard the best time is when plant goes into flowering stage? Thanks

Hi @Budz420 yes, you can and should do some defoliation on the larger leaves of the main stem, especially those that are covering and shading the shoots below. you can also pull out some side shoots where the light doesn't reach. Defoliation slowly and gradually so that the plant does not stress. good luck mate 👍

You can do it if you are only removing the leaves that are blocking light to the lower buds sites/ branches. When you’ll switch to 12/12 the plant will grow twice bigger so she’ll recover easily and I remember that the candy kush Xpress is pretty résiliant
