Hey there Canonabi! You can top however much you would like although you should always expect the plant to slow down as it rebounds afterwards. I highly suggest topping Multiple times for times when high Yield is the main priority, because the plant naturally focuses most of its energy towards the top of the plant. The main point of topping, besides the canopy shape being lower, is to increase the amount of main stems which the plant tends to prioritize with its energy.

Another very important note is that when topping Autoflowers its best to only do 1 or 2 toppings because of the limited vegetation time available.

Hello @canonabi ! In general you can top a plant as many times as you want. The goal is to give it the desirable shape ( usually a bush shape because that shape gives confidence to the plant to make big buds ) that you want and to create as many tops as you want. Although you have to stop topping at least one week before the flowering stage or you will get weird looking and deformed buds. Happy growing ! :facepunch:

Any branches you see that are stemming off a strong lower branch that you'd like split can be topped. I topped my fog and strawberry many times, not just once or twice. And i looked for the stronger and healthiest branches so i knew they would handle the stress well.

If you top again that plant will be huge. You need to support that small pot or else later in flower one small gust of wind will make that plant fall.
