HighTVanswered grow question 6 years ago Hey there Canonabi! You can top however much you would like although you should always expect the plant to slow down as it rebounds afterwards. I highly suggest topping Multiple times for times when high Yield is the main priority, because the plant naturally focuses most of its energy towards the top of the plant. The main point of topping, besides the canopy shape being lower, is to increase the amount of main stems which the plant tends to prioritize with its energy.
Another very important note is that when topping Autoflowers its best to only do 1 or 2 toppings because of the limited vegetation time available.
Best of luck in the grow! Feel free to ask any other questions 😎
