You need a full spectrum light, Temu lights might get you through seedling (where you are now) but you need photosynthesis for them to grow. Even a 100watt off Amazon but not these things.

*FC-E4800 Hanging Distance*1st grow -4x4 with 480w Fc-e4800 in early veg (auto) but I am very confused on light distance and dimmer %.
