Hello @NullHypothesis! Well that depends from many factors. Especially environment conditions and proper watering ! I usually have 5-6 nodes at the end of the second week till the the end of third but i have seen growers struggle for 5-6 weeks. Also its nice to practice with main-lining but its not a very efficient way to grow unless you grow at a very large industrial scale with different rooms with plants at different stage of growth in order to achieve an efficient perpetual grow! Hi, at the moment your Plant is producing Roots that takes 3 and more weeks , after that time the development of leaves and stems begin....To have Node 5 or 6 you are around in Week 5 to 6.. . Ive never Try to Mainline but the Grower Me_and_my_ bitch does it often and has great results.

anywhere between end of week three and end of week 5 you should be in the window, will pop up and veg try to dial in your temps, CO2, and humidity up you'll get great results. Good luck NH ! 🚀
