Wait a week and trim out under side. Small branches and leaves. Condense grow points to where you want flowers. Go ou d luck and happy growing 🌲🌲🌲👊

I would definately take off the shoots which never see the light. But take care, you also can slow down growth when stressing her too much. So maybe better to Split the session if you have much to defoliate.

I prefer to defoliate everything under the canopy (lollipop) that isn’t receiving light. This stuff will just take energy away from the rest of the plant.
