That’ll work just fine though I typically start by securing the base of the plant and pulling down from the top to let the undergrowth start. Then tie down the undergrowth in whatever direction you want it to grow as it starts to stretch out.

Topping or LST after 1st toppingLast week I topped this little baby, the plant now is growing ok. I noticed that not only the two top side branches are growing a lot, but that the ones on the node under it too. I would like to make the 4 grow and like that I don't have to top more, is it ok?
